We are seeking the following:
- State Directors. Volunteer for your state today!
- Volunteer at one of our events. A great way to give time. Call or email if you and your group, class or organization would like to support an event.
- Corporate sponsorship for events. Great visibility. We have limited slots open for 2009.
- Sponsorship to “Adopt a Hero” for our 2009 Helping Heroes Cruise.
- Nominations for the these programs.
- Invite us to speak to your company, group, television and/or radio shows! We will be glad to come to your event or fundraiser for Heroes.
Partner with us at a local, regional or national event. We are seeking supporters at all levels to join us at these events and provide your services and products to Heroes and families. Areas of support needed: Companies hiring vets, counseling services for vets and families, discounts or special programs targeted to heroes, families and kids, awareness of your brand and support as a title sponsor or key partner. Scholarship partners and family camp partners.

Awareness: Working in communities around the country hosting, sponsoring and attending events that raise awareness about the issues facing veterans and families. Starting chapters and building a volunteer base of heroes to heroes!
Scholarships For Children: Nominate a child of a veteran KIA or Purple Heart recipient during operations OIF/OEF for our 2009 Scholarship Fund. We will give ten $1,000 college scholarships this year.

Outreach: Working with agencies and groups nationwide to bring programs and resources direct to the member in rural areas. Built on idea all agencies working together solve problems faster and create the synergy we need to solve the long list of issues facing veterans and families.
Get involved and we will place you with a Hero all year. A recurring monthly donation of just $20 is all it takes! You will be the adoptive Hero to a Hero!

Families in Crisis Fund: These emergency grants help Heroes and families in need during a short term crisis. Utilities, rent, food and school supplies are examples.
