HOPE4HEROES ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH VETSPORTS

Viera, Fla. (May 6, 2013) − Hope4heroes.org is proud to announce that they are partnering with Vetsports.org to serve as a fundraising and awareness arm supporting sports related programs for disabled combat veterans nationwide.  The purpose behind the concept is to support a growing organization through the national celebrity related events Hope4Heroes.org does with former professional athletes on the www.salutemilitary.com tour.  Victor Luebker, CEO of Hope4heroes.org said this "It’s our most exciting partner to date and why we do these games and events around the country”.  The 2013 plan will feature Vetsports.org as a lead agent bringing disabled combat veterans to various, golf, softball, baseball and other sports related events from coast to coast. “The goal is starting a Vetsports.org chapter in each city post event and having national Vetsports.org and Hope4Heroes.org softball teams playing in leagues across America showcasing what combat disabled veterans including amputees can do giving back and competing” said Randy Tharp, President of Vetsports.org.

Further Vetsports.org will be able to raise funds at numerous www.salutemilitary.com events put on by Hope4Heroes with former MLB and NFL legends supporting the cause.  This is a national program that will feature our Heroes and disabled warriors playing and competing a the highest levels across the country!  The first of many high end celebrity and public events featuring veterans will be in Orlando the summer and continue all year long with veterans encouraged to contact vetsports.org or Hope4Heroes.org to sign up and play softball in MiLB stadiums.

Silver Eagle Partners with Missions to Help Troops06/06/2011 4:23 PM ET
Budweiser invites you to join them in making a difference in the lives of military heroes and their families. Budweiser and Silver Eagle Distributors announce 'Here's to the Heroes' program - a nation-wide effort to raise up to $2 million in support of the Folds of Honor Foundation (FOH). FOH is an organization that provides scholarships for families of U.S. military personnel killed or disabled while serving their country. FOH will receive 10 cents for every case equivalent of Budweiser sold from Memorial Day through July 10th in the San Antonio area; and locally through Silver Eagle Distributors' partnership with the San Antonio Missions, Silver Eagle will donate $100 for every home run hit in Wolff Stadium to Hope4Heroes during the 2011 Minor League Baseball regular season.

World Series Winner Jay Johnstone joins the Hope4Heroes Team

San Antonio, Texas – Aug. 2, 2010 -

“Baseball is America’s national past-time and you couldn’t have baseball or the freedom to enjoy our past-time without the people who have fought and continue to fight for our country,” said Johnstone.

As Hope4Heroes National Spokesperson, Johnstone will be the liaison to MLB and our nations Veterans as well as the acting President of the Hope4Heroes California chapter. Two of Johnstone’s main roles will be to participate in charity auctions as the official Memorabilia Director and speaking at corporate events as Hope4Heroes Corporate Development Liaison.

 
 
We are excited to say we are expanding our Hope4Kids programs and gave a nice donation to the South San Antonio, ISD to support their athletic programs.  We are expanding our scholarship programs to offer “non-traditional” opportunities to the children of fallen heroes and first responders.  We will be offering grants that support the following areas for these children that have suffered the biggest loss of all, a parent supporting our country.

-Drivers ed for families in need of a second income earner

-Tutition to kids 12 and under that are dealing with learning issues related to post loss depression and emotional suffering from the loss of a parent

-Non-traditional education for career schools and certifcation required to gain employment
