Networking and Charity form Alliance
For immediate Release:
Victor was named a founding distributor with an emerging new company where he is combining his 20 year MLM background with a great foundation. Vic says “it is very hard to raise money for charity in this tough economy, we needed to think outside the box and find new opportunities for funding” He goes on to say “networking just made sense given my background and success in that industry”. Vic can be found her at
www.hope4heroes.org and a three combat tour veteran found a very innovative way to raise money for his foundation and empower people with a business of their own. Vic was the president of a network marketing company and after building it to a million dollar enterprise he retired to start the foundation for wounded and disabled veterans and their families. Victor has found a very innovative way to help two industries at once. www.victorluebker.com We feel many millionaires will be made from this alliance and even more six figure incomes.Hope4heroes.org started this as a way to empower veterans looking for work. They felt self employment was the best long term option for the millions out of work. They went out and looked for the best company and compensation plan and product with high growth potential. Vic says “We feel the growth in nutraceutical industry was the obvious choice” Further “The multi-patents that Jusuru has on Bio-collegen or HA puts them out front of the entire industry.”
Vic is combining his very distinguished marketing and business background to teach the next generation of networking entrepreneurs. He feels that there is a strong niche market to be carved out in “social entrepreneurship” and teaching people how to make money and help a larger cause. Not everyone just wakes up knowing how to make $10,000 a month.
Victor says “we selected Jusuru after eight months of research and conversations with numerous companies” He goes on to say, “I needed to know the company had the best compensation plan possible, made their own products to ensure price control and quality and cared about others as much as I do, I found that at Jusuru and feel certain they are positioned to be the next industry giant”.
The goal of the Hope4heroes and Jusuru alliance is to position our charity as the top team and use our extensive marketing budget and experience to help everyone that joins. Further to support Jusuru as they grow and bring Vic’s vast expertise to the table. The combined efforts of both companies should prove very powerful for the distributors that come on board.

San Antonio, TX 12 Oct, 2009: Hope4Heroes.org launches next generation Social Entrepreneurship program to help 100 million Americans in need or out of work utilizing “Veteran Friendly Franchises” . Vic Luebker, the Chairman of Hope4Heroes says this: “It’s harder than ever for non-profits to raise money and for those in need to find help, our program does both”. This program partners with a national partners to offer a discounted or free business to veterans.
It combines basic network and business skills with social entrepreneurship. Although the FREE program is designed for disabled veterans we have secured a discount from some partners so everyone can benefit.
The program will also serve to raise money for the Hope4Heroes.org emergency relief fund and scholarships for kids. Mr. Luebker says this: “In the past, grants and donations were the primary source of income for charities, we feel it’s a must in this down economy to seek new ways to raise money vital to our programs and empower people at the same time”. This program takes on joblessness, homelessness and a weak economy all at once.
More about Social entrepreneurship: A social entrepreneur is someone who recognizes a social problem and uses entrepreneurial principles to organize, create, and manage a venture to make social change. Whereas a business entrepreneur typically measures performance in profit and return, a social entrepreneur assesses success in terms of the impact s/he has on society as well as in profit and return. While social entrepreneurs often work through nonprofits and citizen groups, many are now working in the private and governmental sectors and making a real impact on society.

RV of Hope
http://rgvisionmagazine.com/2009/09/rv-of-hope/
Currently, more than 300,000 military veterans are disabled, homeless or unable to find jobs that will enable them to adequately support their families. The brave men and women who serve this nation proudly in an effort to provide hope for a better tomorrow, often come home devoid of their own hope. For centuries, members of our military have worked, fought and made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our freedom and civil liberties. Members of the United States Military Services work hard so that we can enjoy our lives, live in a safe environment, and remain optimistic about the future. Many veterans return home and are forced to deal with life-altering physical and mental challenges, difficult financial circumstances, and complicated family situations.
Hope4Heroes is an organization that has been created to make a positive difference in the lives of these soldiers, veterans and their families.
The newest project that Hope4Heroes is initiating is called the Mobile Veterans Support Center (MVSC). This program will provide greater reach and better access for veterans in need of services from crisis counseling to job transition and training. This MVSC will also offer a unique and impactful solution to providing services to a large number of veterans dispersed over a vast geographic area.
The MVSC will be housed in customized truck and trailer that will include two work stations, a waiting area, full complement of literature and publications, computers with Wi-Fi access to do on-the-spot research, and most importantly a private area for crisis counseling. The MVSC will serve as a base of operations for Mobile Veterans Support Teams – counselors, case managers, health educators from Hope4Heroes and sponsor programs targeted to veterans. Individual and group services will be provided as well as workshops and presentations. Zip code volunteers will assist with coordination and outreach and making sure their families make good use of the MVSC.
This RV and this mission will represent hope for so many of our military officers, active and retired.
“We all owe a debt of gratitude to those who serve,” said founder and chairman of Hope4Heroes Vic Luebker. “It is rewarding to be able to help the heroes that have sacrificed and suffered to protect myself and my children. Hope4Heroes is our way of thanking and honoring the memories of the brave men and women who fought for our freedom, protected us when we could not protect ourselves, and gave us hope for a better future when we thought all hope was lost.”
The plans have been made for this unique nationwide offering. So many lives are awaiting the opportunity for positive transformation. As Hope4Heroes marches on, it seeks the donation of an RV to put this idea to action.
“We are hopeful to begin this motivational and transformational journey, and our organization’s volunteers are 100 percent dedicated to the cause of bringing these resources to our military veterans who are in need,” Luebker remarked, “We are ready to hit the road on our mission—and hope to find a gracious donor for this project.”
Based in San Antonio, Hope4Heroes is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to providing assistance to our veterans. Hope4Heroes began delivering services during the summer of 2007 as a volunteer-led “vets helping vets” group by providing support to Operation Enduring Freedom/Operation Iraqi Freedom (OEF/OIF) veterans. H4H strives to reach every veteran and family member in need by establishing a team of veteran and volunteer “coaches” to provide support, training, resources, and assistance to disabled veterans and their families.
